Vancouver
It’s finals week, and I’m studying for my exams. My brain is about to explode from physics and organic chem, but I receive a phone call at 11 pm from my friend Jag. I pick up the phone and he asks me, “wanna go to Vancouver this weekend?”. I’m hesitant because unlike a majority of my friends, I was not done with finals until Friday at 4:30 pm. With that, he tells me, “no worries, we’re leaving at 6:30”, and within a heartbeat, I told him, “I’m down.”
Fall quarter is over, and this past week, I realized how fast time flies by. And that made me consider how much am I actually living in the moment, and that idea made me sad. So it only made sense to flee the country two hours after completing my finals.
what happens in couve, stays in couve

Granville Island is a beaut and cute markets are found everywhere.
The OVO store opened that weekend, and people are hella bougie.
getting a taxi is a huge struggle
I have mastered the skill of finessing free drinks.
Met Josh the Canadian, who kept flexing his nice BMW and flat.
an interesting group dynamic of old and new friends!! and all it takes is one weekend to really bond with people!
